Our Disney Cruise Vacation

We left our hotel the following day for our 4 nights Disney cruise going to Bahamas. We almost late on our Disney shuttle bus because we got lost even though we have GPS. Our driving on the way to the airport because Disney shuttle bus will pick them up there. Were glad, we make it through our Disney Cruise line. We check in right on time. We supposed to fill up gas on the car we rented, but we are out of time. We just drop off and heading to the disney cruise line for check in. We board the ship around 2:30pm after we went through the security. When we come in the entrance door of the ship all the security was Filipinos. We went straight to the lobby of the ship and here's they welcome us and have professional photo taken. We went straight to our stateroom deck 5. The room was just perfect for the 3 of us. They had king size bed and sofa bed and a small bathroom. After we settle in our room. We take elevator to go up to deck 9 where the beach blanket restuarant located and mickey mouse pool and adult pool. The ship is huge and I was amazed how clean the ship is. They have 1000 crew which is include 375 Filipinos and from around the world. We have our lunch for the very first time in the ship around 3:30pm and the ship leave the port carneval Fl around 4pm. When we were in the line to get the food, they have different variety of dishes and lots of dessert. The crew are very friendly and helpful. We were very excited and we walk around the ship, but since Andrew wanted to go swimming in mickey mouse pool. I end up watching him having so much fun while kenny going down to the guest service area for our activities in the ship. We didn't change our clothes we wear during the day, we went straight to our dinner on our late setting reservation. It was a long day for us and we are exhausted that night. Our first dinner in the ship was 8:15pm-10pm. We met one family from Manhatan NY that assigned in the same table we have and they have 8 years old son only 2 weeks older than Andrew. We have wonderful night on our dinner the food was delicious and very friendly and entertainer waiter we have from Romania and Chile. After our dinner we went straight to our room to go to bed cause we are exhausted feeling seasick.
The ship is heading to Nassau Bahamas. We arrived in Nassau around 7:30am in the morning. We woke up early in the morning everyday and sleep very late every night because we are trying so much thing while we are on cruise. While we are in Nassau Bahamas, we took a shuttle bus to take us to Atlantic Paradise Island. The place is like a palace and very beautiful. They have huge waterpark for the whole family and lots of ride. The other family from NY we went together to the park and we all ride in the tube. We have a lot of fun together. George and Andrew get a long very well both active 8 years old. We have to watch them together cause George like wrestling while Andrew enjoyed it. We are worried that Andrew might push George hard because his very strong than George.
Our second night in the ship our dinner was great and faster serving our dish. We have delicious dinner and dessert. We order a bottle of wine and I end up drink 3 glasses wow. I was drank the night and can't go to sleep. I'm not use to drink wine often and drunk as well. I remember when I was in the Philippines. My sisters and I drink beer mixed with cook we end up waking up headache..same feeling I have when I woke up. Kenny said, lasingero daw ako hahahaha, sabi ko am having a great time. He only drink a glass of wine. The ship is heading to Disney Castway Cay Island Bahamas. The island own by disney.. it was awesome. the beach was very fine and white. Andrew and kenny has reservation for parasailing the day around 9am, we woke up early again, we don't even have breakfast because we woke up a little bit late no time for breakfast, so we went out the ship and went to the parasailing front desk. When kenny and Andrew was in the parasailing boat, I keep taking photos of them and walk closer where they are. I don't go with them because I'm scared of height. While taking photos for them the crew of the parasailing boat call me to get inside the boat and I was hurrying get inside. When the crew said, telling kenny to get andrew ready and himself. When they're get ready to go up on the air. I was able to take photos and video. The have so much fun on the air. I was a little bit scared watching my husband and son on the air, but I was having a lot of fun taking video of them. They have 5 people on the boat for parasailing and I wasn't included..after them. The crew asking me if I want to try parasailing even though I didn't pay yet. Kenny ask me if I want to go, I said, you have to go with me. Yeah, I did go parasailing and was a little bit nervous and having fun when we were on the air. We can see the whole island. I wish I took our camera to take photos, but we don't have disposable camera. It was my very first time to go on parasailing. I wasn't scared at all instead I wanted to go back and do it again.. it was exciting for me for the first time. I ask the crew to take photos of us and a video and they did. I was glad I tried otherwise I miss the fun and exciting moment that I will miss in my entire life. The parasailing last only 10 minutes each times that wasn't long enough, but that ok. We have a great time anyway..we stay at the beach until 3pm. I was very tan and got sunburn in my foreheard maybe when we were in disney world. I didn't wear hat. Andrew got sunburn from Atlantic Paradise Island and I'm glad I bring the aloe vera spray.. not so bad, but I put more sunblock every 2 hours cause we are on the beach. It was a pirate party on our 3rd night in the ship and I end up buying mickey mouse pirate hat. Andrew was in the Ocean lab for his group and having a great time. We didn't took him out cause he already eat dinner early. The feed them lunch and dinner. We only drop off Andrew in Ocean lab after all the activitiy at night, but during the day he spent time with us. We went snorkling, but he don't like that much instead kenny go snorkling for himself and Andrew and I went swimming together. We miss the pirate party and the firework because we watch Andrew and his group playing racing car. The car was created from Ivory bath soap. Andrew's car win twice and he got the reward 2 ocean lab hat. We went straight to our room and go to bed. The ship back to the Castway Cay Island again. We supposed to go out for glass bottom boat ride, but it was very windy rough that day. The disny cancel. We went to the beach, but don't feel like going swimming because of the wind and also we are very tired and sleepy. We went back to the ship and relaxing. Andrew want to go swimming in mickey mouse pool. I ask kenny to watch him while I'm getting ready our luggage for the following morning, but the time they're back from the pool. I was done also. I wanted to go shopping in their disney store but, the won't open until 5pm. I end up not buying anything, but thats ok it same us money. We stay up late again and tying to take a photos and walk around. Ocean Lab has mickey mouse graduation and we attend. I was a very fun evening for the whole family watching our kid go up in the stage with mickey mouse and minie. Disney cruise was great for the family has toddler and older. The parent can still have fun and spent quality time with each other just like us. After we drop Andrew in Ocean lab kenny and I spent qaulity time together and we walk around the deck 10. I wish we don't have to leave the ship, we have just so much fun on the cruise. Andrew dont want to leave either and so kenny. I highly recommend this disney cruise for the whole family has children. This great and you can relax and spent time together while your children is in the care of the disney staff. They're great and very friendly. Make sure you reserve you dinner setting early because.. 8:15pm is very late. If we ever go on cruise we would like to reserve our dinner seating early like 6:30pm so we don't miss a lot of show in the ship. Well, we came home safe, but exhausted.
